Cancellation Policy
You may be asked to give a valid credit card to hold your reservation. A 24 hour notice of cancellation is required to avoid a 50% charge of the services booked.
Return Policy
- All services or series of services are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Retail items are good for exchange only and not valid after 30 days.
- A full refund is issued in the event of packaging defects or allergic reaction.
Discounts and Coupons
- Gift card purchases are not eligible for discounts.
- Gift cards are sold in pre-set dollar amounts.
- One coupon per person per visit please.
- Skincare, Nails and Massage series expire 6 months from date of purchase and are non-transferable from service to service, but can be used by friends and family.
